Coconut macadamia nut shrimp recipe

- Coconut Macadamia Nut Shrimp -

  • 1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp, butterflied

  • 1 package Colorado Spice Panko Coconut seasoned breadcrumbs (in store product)

  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts finely crushed 1 egg, beaten

  • Mae Ploy Sauce or Citrus Pineapple Seafood marinade (both in store)

What to do:

1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Prepare baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line pan with parchment paper. 3. In a large enough bowl, combine breadcrumbs and crushed nuts. In another bowl add egg and beat. 4. Pat shrimp dry and dip each shrimp individually in egg and then coat evenly with breadcrumb mixture. 5. Place the shrimps on pan and bake for approximately 10 minutes on each side. 6. Serve with Mae Ploy Sauce (in store) or our Citrus Pineapple Seafood marinade (in store)
