Linguine with Tuna - Recipe

6 oz. canned tuna packed in oil
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 green onions finely chopped
1 medium yellow onion chopped
3 cups of your favorite marinara sauce
2 Tablespoons flat leaf Italian parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. linguine
Garnish with Parmesan Cheese
What to do:
1. In a medium sized pot heat the olive oil and then add the green onions and yellow onions. 2. Cook until golden. 3. Add the tuna with the oils in the can to the onion mixture.
4. Break up the tuna into small pieces and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 5. Cool for a few minutes. 6. Add marinara sauce, pepper, and simmer again for about 5 minutes.
7. Serve over linguine or any of your favorite pasta types. 8. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan and enjoy.
