--Sweet Chilli Shrimp Recipe--

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. uncooked Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 Cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
Wood Skewers(optional)
non-stick Cooking Spray
What to do:
1 In a large enough bowl, add shrimp, sauce, and garlic and mix. 2. Let marinate for 10 minutes 3. Place shrimp on prepared skewers, preserve the remaining sauce left in the bowl.
4.
GRILL: Grill on preheated barbecue, occasionally basting with remaining sauce.
BROIL: Place rack about 6 inches from heating source. Place shrimp on oven safe pan with non-stick cooking spray, Broil for approx. 2-3 minutes per side, depending on the size of your shrimp.
5. Serve as an appetizer or as a meal with jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables.
